I. Notice of the Exhibition

How to enter the exhibition center if exhibitors bring own exhibition furniture & fittings？

Please fill in application form that provided by the organizer, which can be found in the reception desk during heck in,

If the exhibitors enter exhibition center with own exhibition furniture and fittings (showcases).

The following documents are required:

1. application form with seal on.

2. Exhibitor badge.

3. Exhibitor business card.

Details and Notes for Exhibitors

1. All the exhibitors should bring the ticket to register at entrance Hall No.2 .

2. Trolley or cart are forbidden to use in the Hall No.2, please enter the exhibition hall via loading area No.7.

3. It is not allowed to bring the takeout food to exhibition center.

How to arrive the expo center？

Shanghai New International Expo Center

Address:No.2345 Longyang Road, Pudong District, Shanghai.

By Metro:

Take Line 2 to get off at Longyang Road Station where you can walk for 5 minutes to SNIEC directly;

Take Line Line 7 to get off at Longyang Road Station where you can walk to SNIEC directly;

By Taxi:

Get off at the gate No.3, Fangdian Road. It takes around 3 minutes to arrive exhibition center by walking

Self-Driving:

Park at the parking lot P1-p6 (parking fee RMB 5 per hour, RMB 40 per day)

Trucks:

First, Get the exhibitor badge from entrance No.2 . Second, drive to loading area No.7 to register for the carpass. (parking fee: RMB 300 as deposit, RMB 50 for 90 minutes parking, RMB 50per half an hour over 90 minutes)

II.Various Charging Details and Notes for Exhibitors

1. If need extra work time, then shall apply from the exhibition center in written form before 15:00 on that day

Note: The overtime work fee includes common security fee and cleaning fee。

2. During the move-in time, if the renting partner unit, construction partner unit and exhibitors want to bring furniture into exhibition hall, they must apply from the Organizer and Marketing Department of the exhibition center, filling in complete furniture access confirmation letter, and after the joint confirm with signature of both of the Organizer and the Marketing Department of Shanghai New International Expo Center, they are allowed to coming into exhibition hall.

3、The box lunch and packed meal are forbidden take into the exhibition hall, if do not obey the rule, then the exhibition center staff will expropriate them.

4 、Pasting advertisement, poster, carpet decal and other kinds of promotion materials in the fixed facility and on the ground of the exhibition hall is prohibited.

5、Showcase Renting: White high and low showcase, black high and low showcase----price: low showcase150RMB for each, high showcase 260RMB for each.

6、Lights Renting:Yellow big halogen light and white big halogen light are 130 RMB, fluorescent light and spotlight are 65RMB

7、Specifications for parking and other charges are detailed in the instructions of the exhibition.
